Vine Comes to Windows Phone

Vine, the six-second-video-sharing mobile application owned by Twitter, announced on Tuesday that it has launched a Windows Phone application. The new app will include the same video-editing features that the iOS and Android versions have, as well as a handful of Windows Phone-specific options. Vine announced 40 million registered users in August
